As the population of Denver's southeast suburbs continues to grow, so has the need for a state of the art water pumping and treatment facility. MW GOLDEN worked in careful coordination with Integra Engineering to create a 35,000 gallon well house designed to bring in raw water from the Arapahoe aquifer, treat the water, then pump it out to the greater Parker area. MW GOLDEN constructed more than 800 feet of 12-inch raw and finished water line and installed three vertical turbine variable speed pumps that each pump up to 800 gallons per minute. The 3,000 sq-ft. integrated color block structure features a pre-finished standing seam metal roof with a synthetic stone base.
