IT Support

IT Support Candidate's Skills:

1. Familiar with Small Business Server 2003(x86) and Windows XP(x86) with experience migrating to Windows 7(x64) / Server 2008 R2 (x64)
2. Familiar with Dell Hardware (Servers w/RAID, Desktops and Laptops) and servicing many different models
3. Familiar with Networking and Watchguard Firewall's (VPN, DHCP, DNS, WPA2, and TCP/IP)
4. Familiar with Symantec Endpoint Protection, BackupExec (LTO3 tapes) and Sage - Masterbuilder is a plus
5. Familiar with MS Office 2003, 2007 and 2010, Adobe Standard, installations and patching
6. Familiar with remote access via VPN with DSL and using SPRINT Wireless cards
